Looking for help reorganizing and integrating infrastructure

I have started organizing a global community of yoga teachers and teacher trainees. We are looking to reorganize ( possibly redevelop?) the AirTable base i created so we can enhance our ability to access information, track our trainees and integrate them onto a global map for our website.
