Summer Camp Database Help

Hi! We have been using Airtable for a couple years to host our summer camp student and leader database. We are looking to streamline a couple things like:

1. Write scripts to produce specific reports for printing
2. Consult on our integration with our squarespace site
3. A few other various scripts to streamline the registration process

We are a non-profit but are looking to hire a consultant/javascript engineer for the right price.
