Still a novice to AirTable so forgive my ignorance. I need to accomplish two things:

Create a Gantt chart with multiple blocks per person so I can track when they are busy and when they are not. Right now I have created a task list and assigned multiple tasks to my team. But when I make a gantt chart (based on start and end dates of the tasks), it only shows them occupied for the first task.
Example: John is assigned 2 tasks, one starting in July ending in September, another starting in October. But only the July task shows up on the gantt.

What is the appropriate time function to use so that I can track utilization by time instead of just using a simple function that compares number of tasks assigned vs capacity. I want each individual working on one task at a time, but I am assigning them tasks that have timelines that do not overlap.
