Images in PDFs not showing

hi fellow community members, 

I'm scheduling a series of posts on Instagram.

I have created post and assets tables on the same base. However, the image previews formatted as PDFs never show through Lookup. In the attached screenshots you'll see that only one is coming through. That's a PNG screenshot. 

I understand that this was a major issue in 2020. 

Does anyone have a solution?

Hmmm… my image previews of PDF files in attachment fields are showing up just fine in my lookup fields. My lookup fields show the image previews of PDF files. You may want to open a support ticket with support@airtable.com.

Hi,
In my experience, files with failed previews displayed something, at least empty rectangle(s). In your example it looks like empty values. Are you sure you have links in respective linked field? Also, you need to check if linked records are not empty in Attachment field.

hi thanks Scott, the field in the assets table was empty. Lesson learned!
