Adding Multiple Records via Automations

I’m trying to create a personal goal/habits tracker that updates automatically as I change the status/mark the checkbox.

There’s two fields here the name of my goals and the categories I’ve called “subfocus.”

The problem is that when I run an automation to my link the record into my tracking sheet, the automation replaces the record instead of adding it.

I was going to use a “count” field to tally up all of the completed objectives, but it only gives a single record, it doesn’t update them.

Any thoughts on how I can get the automation to add in the record, not update it?
