I have an automation that sends an email. Now to my question, when sending a message, there is always the sender's email address at the top and then the following (see attachment). Is it possible to remove the text highlighted in red?

Or you can try out an automation via Make or Zapier to have a more customised approach.

Hey @user2100

Yes, I can help you adjust the email sender settings in your Airtable automation to get rid of the unwanted text. Here’s the likely scenario: Airtable’s native automations send emails using their built-in mailer, which may display default sender information that isn't customizable.

Connect Airtable to Gmail or Outlook via Make.com or Zapier. This way, the email will come directly from your own address without Airtable’s default signature

If you want more control, you can use SMTP in Make.com to send emails directly, removing unwanted headers and extra text.

If the issue is within the email body itself, I can help format the message via Airtable’s HTML-compatible fields to keep it clean.

Hello,

Not to my knowledge.

You could modify your automation to send the mail either via Outlook or Gmail.
