AirTable Date field explanation help?

I’m sorry to ask again (there is a lot of question about date field)

I’m a bit lost,
I have Table of Event with a Start and End date/time field formated in ISO

I have an Event located in France the 01/01/2019 at 08:00

• I should send with the API the Local or GMT Time ? I think GMT ? So 2019-01-01T07:00:00.000Z

But how the display works ?

• Will it display in the UI 01/01/2019 at 08:00 because I’m in France ?
• In summer (me move from +01:00 to +02:00) will the UI handle that ?

Ideally, all dates should be stored in any database as GMT, and rendered by the browser based on its local time. This the magic of date locale.
