That WebFlow app that you installed is not an app from Airtable, but it is created by these developers: https://nobull-airtable.webflow.io/
You will likely want to reach out to them for support, as I don’t think that many people in these forums have experience with that app.
Alternatively, you may also want to integrate Airtable with WebFlow by using a professional integration platform like Zapier or Integromat. Although with those platforms, you would need to develop your own custom integration.
