I have a base I use for inventory tracking that refuses to open on my iPad. It used to work with some difficulty, but now selecting that base force quits the app after a brief load time. Has anyone seen this before/found a fix? I reached out to support a week ago and haven't heard back. I bought the iPad with the intent to take airtable with me, but it's not going as planned.

Hey Drew,

We've seen multiple reports of Airtable support being slow or unresponsive lately, even with Enterprise customers.

You'll need to respond to their automated support response asking for further help. The bottom of support responses say "If these resources do not answer your question and you'd still like to work with one of our Support Specialists, please respond to this message and let us know."

And just for some general troubleshooting to possibly help you:

- Delete and reinstall the app - might fix it.

- Depending on the size of the base and how many records you have, you may need to create filtered Views so it's not trying to load as many records

- If nothing works, we have an app, On2Air Forms, that is mobile friendly (displays responsively in browser) that allows you to create or update Airtable records on the go.
