As part of a portfolio management system I’m developing in Airtable, I have developed a basic Project Intake form. Form works well enough in getting needed project info into our portfolio.

One thing I would like to do is update a single select field called {phase} of the submitted record with the value of ‘requested’ without having the phase field appear on the form.

Is this possible? Am I missing something basic?

No ideas here or am I being particularly dense?

I have the same issue. I would like to set a parameter (such as added, but not yet reviewed) mark to a new record after someone submits the entry form. I want to later go and check all the unreviewed forms and then set them as accepted. This seems to be similar issue as yours, i.e. setting a field that does not show on the entry form.
