I’m new to AirTable itself and I’m setting up a CRM. I have four tables called contacts, opportunities, companies and interactions, which tracks calls, emails, etc.

In contacts, there’s a linked field to interactions. Is there a way to have all interactions from that table automatically show up in that cell! I don’t want to have to go in and manually link all interactions since there will be many.

Thanks in advance.

All Linked records from Interactions should appear in the field - and if you create a new interaction from this field (in People) then the link will be created automatically.

It’s clear when you look at the record in expanded view.

I am wondering, though, whether your question is different to this - are you wanting to create a preset list of interaction records when you create a new contact??

If this is the case, then you could use Zapier or Integromat to create them.

Thank you! After looking again, I can see it was creating additional columns at the end of the table, which I obviously missed.

No, present. Just wanted to enter interactions as they happen daily.

Thanks again
