New to Airtable!
I’m using several different forms to add contacts to a CRM (each with a new name) - is there any way to use a formula or automate a column or something similar that will note which form the person filled out?

You can setup an automation for each form which updates a field when the form is submitted.
You would need one automation per form (and note that Airtable has a relatively low limit of only 25 automations).
