Block PDF File Size Too Large to Email

I planned to use Airtable as an itinerary builder, to showcase activities at various destinations. I created blocks to display the itinerary data and photos. My plan was to save the blocks as PDFs to use for presentations and to email to clients.

However, the PDF with 9 itineraries is over 25MB so I’m unable to email the document over Gmail.

Is there any way to reduce the PDF file size or a better way to share the itineraries with clients?

I think the problem is the images. What size are they? Some ideas:

• Upload smaller images
• Compress the exported PDF so the size is smaller (https://smallpdf.com/es for instance)
