I want to setup a base for the sole purpose of sending reminders to clients. I would link to my CRM of contacts.
- There would be say 50 different potential reminders
- I would want to assign the reminders to multiple people from different client firms
- On the reminder date I would like an email message to automatically send an email to each person assigned to the reminder
I want to make sure I set this up the most efficient way and can I have automated emails go to all the assigned contacts without anyone seeing the others it was also emailed to.
