I want to add a button field that will open one of two page design extensions, depending on the value in a particular field.

For records with value 'INV' in that field I want to generate one page design extension; for records with value 'ILL' in that field I want to generate a different one.

I have created two button fields, one for INV and one for ILL, but I cannot see how to only show the appropriate button depending on whether the record is marked as INV or ILL.

I tried a formula field but this didnt work.

Any ideas please?

Hmm, I reckon you might want to open a support ticket and ask about it?

I was curious about it and tried out the formula field thing you mentioned.  Outputting the button URL as a formula field gave me this:
https://airtable.com/tblzpht1yeVSZj9wf/recjWLMcG0iVDI9DK?blocks=blioYomsUru1kGj3q

But opening the link didn't open the page designer.  When I tried to trick it by creating another button field that opened the page designer button, it just opened a modal with the record instead heh

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll raise a ticket.

Yes, I got a similar URL which just opened up airtable.
