I have a calendar view in my AirTable base. The calendar shows activity based on a date. Currently it shows individual records that have activity on that date, but I would like to show a grouping per date instead of individual records:
Example:
October 13th
- Calls Made: 102
- Texts Sent: 133
- Emails Sent: 78

I guess each call or email is separate entry? So for 13th October you have 313 separate entries? (Judging by screenshot)
You could calculate number of each type (email, txt, call) first as separate fields and then show them on Calendar. This is first thing that came to my mind, might be some better solution but a lot depend also on structure of your table and how information is setup in it.

Thanks for reply Marko!
Yes each activity is a separate record in the table. The values for disposition are as follows:
“Call Made”
“Text Sent“
“Email Sent”
I’d like to show groupings of this activity with counts of each type each day.
Marko, in your suggestion would that be a separate view?
Thanks,
Letron
