Cannot accept invite

I’ve been trying to join in with my new colleagues but can’t accept their invitations. I get this message when I click the link to “accept invite” from the invitation email I received from Airtable:

“Sorry, we were unable to accept the invite.”

How can I solve this problem?

Hm, I vaguely recall having facing something similar before and it was due to the Base being part of a Workspace that had some Enterprise specific security things in it?

Yeah, could be a security setting in the Enterprise Admin panel, or they might have reached the maximum number of users that they are allowed to invite — which will also be listed in the Enterprise Admin panel.

If it’s none of those, then you’ll want to open a support ticket with support@airtable.com, and report back here with what they say.
