Cannot Add Attachments

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else having trouble adding attachments?

I am on the pro plan and should not be near my limit but it is not allowing me to add any attachments. Anyone else having this issue?

How are you trying to add them? Are you dragging and dropping? Using the file picker?

Can you make a screen-recording of what’s happening?

I’ve mentioned trouble with this to Airtable, but my issue is I’ll drop an attachment in, and it will spin and spin and it actually does attach, but then just shows a blank paper windows icon in the preview and only shows the photo if you click on the field and open it up. But it seems if this happens, the preview of the photo will never show.

I’ve had to delete and re-upload the same exact file 4-5 times just to get the photo to finally show. I received no response from Airtable on this except asking for more examples.
