Change GMT in Chosen View

Our system is setup in EST - however I’ve noticed that when I set up a view with a filter of “Xyz date and time is in 1 day” it shows GMT as the time zone.

This is causing issues with emails sending too early - can someone tell me how this time zone can be adjusted?
