Checklist from view in form?

Is it possible to create a checklist in a form from a view? What would be the way to do this?

If that view has checkbox fields, you could use those in a form to be checked of. U can copy the configuration of a view to a form, via the 3 “…” next to your views name and then select “Copy another view’s configuration”.
