Show Automation Condition in a message

Hi all,
I want to show two different messages to the users that submitted a form, depending on what they answered in a previous question (e.g. rating lower than 3 stars).

Is there a way to do this through scripting or third party apps? can someone give me a hint?

Not possible in Airtable, but maybe this miniExtensions app could be a solution?

This extension allows you to send Airtable Form users to different landing pages based on their answers. It redirects them dynamically based on a formula field in Airtable. Since the URL logic would be coming from a formula, there are so many different ways you can use this extension. There’s no limit on how you can set this up.
