Hi - please note, I have searched all over support and community pages and cannot get a good answer. I am trying to embed a form on our website, and need to configure what happens “after the form is submitted”.

Initially, we had a message, however, in the form itself on our site, that message appears midway down the form box (frame) – and cannot actually be seen. I would like to bring this up to the top of the form. This should be simple, I thought… but no.

Then I tried to set a redirect to a “thank you” page on our site. When the form is submitted, a very ugly message pops up that the user will be redirected to said URL - and then it doesn’t and a new blank form appears. Again, this is not seamless.

Any help on either above would be terrific. Thank you!

Hello Chantal,

Have you had any luck on this? The redirect page is most certainly sub-optimal for user experience!!

Many thanks, Ed

Also interested in a solution to this--agreed that it's a sub-optimal user experience.
