Count number of records in a view or limit number of records in a view

I am trying to figure out a way to count the number of records in a view or limit the number of records in a view.
My goal is to create an “Archive View” to run an integromat automation every time a record that is over 49,000 in that view (50,000 is max).
So record 49,001 goes into the archive view, then Integromat runs automation to archive that one record into anther Airtable Base, then deletes it from current base.

i am also searching for a feature to filter the record-count - something like “fetch first 3 rows only” or “fetch first 30 percent rows only” or “rownum < 4”.

Is there a way to do this?
