I have a table and each record includes a name, address, email address, phone number, and relationship. The relationship field is single select, and it consists of parent, student, donor, alum, and staff. I want to generate a report that gathers all of the records that are students and creates a report of each student's name and email address. How can I do this?

Sounds like a job for interfaces. If you want a report on each individual student, you can do this with any of the visualizations and allow users to open record details.

If you want to have an overall type thing, play around with the Dashboard type interface. You can set filters on the "Number" elements and let users view underlying records.

I'd need more specifics on what you want in your report to help direct you to find specific statistics.
