Creating a webpage where visitors can download a PDF in exchange for their credentials (name, e-mail,...)

Hi, the title says it all. I’m looking for a way to integrate an airtable form into a webpage where visitors can download a document. But before they can do that, they have to let us know who they are.

Can I use airtable for this?

Yes, simply…

1. Create a table where you want to store the download transactions; make sure the table includes a field for email address and require they enter their name.
2. Create a form that users can fill out to get your “free” PDF content.
3. Host your PDF document in something like Google Drive and set access to “Anyone with link…”.
4. Create an automation that sends an email message to them with a “secret” Google Drive link to the PDF document.
