Does Enterprise accounts have Defining a date range

Hey All!
So I’m wanting/needing to have the Start and End time and I came across:

Defining a date range, but when I open the new field and select DATE, I do not see this:
So I’m not sure if Enterprise has this option unlocked? I’m tracking live class trainings and this would be needed.
