Duplicating Form Entries

I am a Learning Design Coach for a virtual school and we use forms in AT to schedule our live lessons. Is there any way to have forms duplicate so for teachers who host live lessons every Wednesday (for example) can enter one form and have it repeat every Wednesday? Thank you very much!

@Daniel_Rushton in figuring out the answer i pretty much ended up just building it. would you rather i take the time to write out the entire solution on here? or would you rather i just give you what i built and let you make sense of it yourself? to give you the fish or teach you to fish?

i cant for the life of me figure out how to give you this base lol im working on it i really am but i dont know how to pass ownership over to you without making you a collaborator on my workspace and theres a bunch of stuff in there so if someone can answer me that you can have it lol
