We want email notifications to go out automatically when we add records and assign a user to a base. I have turned on my email notifications under our account; however, when I am adding records, our team is not receiving emails. How do we get emails sending out when creating new records in a base.

You might want to read all the forum items about the AT to Slack functions. That is what we use.
