How can I expand form search details?

When I am creating a form I can see all the details that I want the user to see but on production they dont show, why is this happening and how to fix to allow details to appear?

Welcome to the community, @Michael_Townsend!

That is a limitation of Airtable’s forms. It will only show you the primary field in forms. What you can do is change your primary field to a formula which encompasses all the information that you would like the user to see.
