Hi, I’m using Airtable to record H&S incidents. It’s possible that if there were a serious incident, the authorities would be interested in the history of changes. Can it be exported?
Welcome to the community, @hazeldjay! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: As far as I know, record revision history cannot be exported. It’s only available to view in the sidebar of an expanded record.
You can take snapshots of your base at various intervals, but it won’t contain revision history. It will only contain the state of your records at the time of the snapshot. Snapshots also cannot be exported. They can only be used to restore a base to the state at which the snapshot was taken.
