Feature Request: Multiple Rows each day and wider vieuw cards in Calender vieuw

Hi,
We work with 3 (some times 4) Teams, is there a way to divide each day in the calender view in 4 rows?
I already use color coding to show in what stage a project is.
Please see the pic. This is how the planning is happening today.
Also can the display cards in calender increase in size like you can with the grid view?
