We are a Civil Contracting company and just started using airtable for some simple data tracking. What we are trying to do is build a simple "app" that can house some forms for our drivers to fill out thru out the day, ie material load info and refueling info.
I have built some forms that use a sharable link, it works but is cumbersome when there are several different forms for the drivers to use. I was hoping to figure out a way to either set permissions in airtable so the driver can only view and utilize the forms or have an "app" that hosts the forms in one spot. These are truck drivers and not all of them are tech friendly so I need to keep it as simple as possible.
Thank you in advance for any ideas on how to tackle this issue.

Hmm, perhaps try an Overview Interface where you place all the form links? Then set the forms to redirect to that Overview Interface after successful submission
Could you talk more about which elements they find cumbersome?

Perhaps you could share that Overview Interface page publicly to them and have the forms made public too? That way they'd only have access to those things and not the underlying base

Hello @jThompson,
As per the suggestion of @TheTimeSavingCo, you can try interfaces with different types of form structures and share them with your drivers.
If you need total separation between airtable and form management then
I strongly recommend you to check Fillout.
It is the best tool for form management and is comparatively cheaper than others as well.
Another important thing is they have direct integration with Airtable so you need to make a connection and then be ready to go with fields.
Do 👍

Thank you both for the suggestions, I look into both options.
