Changing Many Field Widths to a Standardized Width

How can we optimize embed code for website so that the Form will not cut off longer selections on mobile devices. This is not an issue of the site margins. I would like the width of the selections themselves to be dynamic or give me the option of building in a hard enter so it can be on two shorter lines. I have a sample image of the issue, but this forum will not allow me to upload it or link to a Google Drive image.
