I am trying to create a form that has questions about each line item in the first column. Using an example, the first column is a list of all dishes that have been taste-tested. The other columns will ask questions about that dish.

I want the items in the first column to appear as a title to each new topic. I don’t want it to be a choice (drop down menu, etc.). Is there a way to do this? It is such an easy task, but after lots of time in the community and Airtable, I cannot figure a solution. Thanks in advance!

This is not doable with Airtable forms. An alternative approach that would allow it is to use Jotform and then include our On2Air: Forms product to implement what you’re looking to accomplish.
