Forms: Linked view different in edit mode vs live form

Is there a way to change the appearance of how the linked options show on a live form? During the edit mode the links show more information, which is necessary for the purposes we would like to use this for. I have tried to scour the community for anything similar, but haven’t been able to find anything that addresses this. See below for pictures of what I’m talking about…

Unfortunately not.

One workaround is to change your primary field in your linked table to become a formula field that is a concatenation of all the information that you’d like to see.
