Help on "Use this data" and/or synching functionality with different users

I have an airtable base and a wordpress site. Playiit I want users to somehow be able to mark records in the database as their “favourites”. Ie each user will have a different set of “favourites” to any of the other users.

I am not sure how I can achieve this. Can I use the “Use this data” functionality somehow to achieve this? If a user does use the “Use this data” functionality is there some way I can keep their base updated with changes in my base?
