Help tracking a specific type of data

So I’m in the legal field and I’m trying to track from different judges a percentage of damage that is associated to a specific body part. The goal is to be able to predict what % a judge gives on average for any given body part. The trouble I’m running into is figuring out the best way to connect a % to each body part. I currently have one Multiple Select Column for body parts, but I really need those body parts to have some way to be attached to a %. (I was currently just putting it down in a long text field, but that doesn’t allow me to track what I want to track).

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You need to have a separate table for Body Parts and then create a junction table to connect it to judges:
