Hide Revision History; show comments

I have a table that shows potential leads; I want to track activity with a lead through the comments, rather than by linking a record in a separate activity table. However, the comment section of a record also displays revision history.

Is there any way to hide the revision history but still show comments?

Yes there is - in the top right corner of your base there is a little “rewind time” symbol. Click on that, and one of the options is “Revision History” which you can disable there.
