Hello everyone! I have a problem that I haven’t been able to solve. This is my current table:

I would to know how much time it takes for Mario go from “Postulantes” to “Postulantes descartados”, is there a way to know how much time everyone of my leads spend on each phase?

PS: Sorry! English is not my first language. I hope everyone understand what I mean to say.
