How can I remove original owner (legacy) or switch to another owner?

Hi there,

I have an AirTable base that has been used for over 3 years.  The original creator (owner) has not accessed it for over 2 years and now is no longer with the organization.  How can I move the permissions, so someone else has owner designation?
