How to deal with previous rows?

Hey there,

I’m doing some kind of logging in Airtable, Each row gets its manual entry from time to time. I use a formular to have the date a row was created and enter some values.

Now I’d like to have another column that takes values from the previous row and does some calculation – sums and differences compared to the actual row.

Is this possible?

I think the rollup field type may have what you seek

AirTable doesn’t really have a concept of “previous row”; row order can change when you sort or group entries. It’s probably better to create another column to perform the calculation in the “previous row” and then manually copy and paste the result into the “current row”.
