How to get my plan back?

My plan was downgraded since my team member has added one extra-collaborator and missed some invoices since it was overlimit and supposed to be billable.

Before we were on annually paid team plan.

We deleted an overlimit collaborators and want to get our team plan back. Any suggestions how it can be done?

We have already reached a support via mail but I am just curious if it could be done any other way.
