How to group rows under one Name / Like connecting cells in excel

Hello, for every number I have a reference, a actual and a difference row and I would like to Group them under one Name, like you can do in excel with connecting cells. In this 1 minute video I am showing how it looks in excel: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software
