How to move base to another workspace

Hi,

We have two separate paid workspaces that we want to combine into one. Is there an easy way to transfer bases from one workspace into another workspace that is under a different account?

You need to have one collaborator who has access to both workspaces at the creator level, so that both workspaces appear in that collaborator’s account.

Can I temporarily add a collaborator to a workspace without being charged? Like if I want to add the collaborator just for one day so that they can move the bases to the other workspace?

You will be charged for the new collaborator, but when you remove the collaborator, you will get a pro-rated refund in Airtable credits.
