How to Reach support? Paid for a team plan but my plan remains free

How can I quickly get the Airtable Support to contact us? 
I am seeing a lot of people complaining that that the airtable support does not reply. 
And the Bot is killing me by routing the whole conversation in circles. 

I really need them to rectify my issue ASAP, as it is affecting out programmes.
