How do I zoom in on an image added to the attachment field?

I have a large screenshot of an email that I want to leave annotations on. Because of the length of the email, the text ends up being extremely small and difficult to read. I'd love to be able to zoom in.

I usually right click the image, open it in a new tab, and zoom in from there
