Disappearing images/attachments

Most of my attachments are no more displayed.
The files name are still there but are replaced by a picture icon.
The files are there too (I can download them from Airtable).
Same things happen if I add new attachments : the files are imported, but are replaced by an icon.

I have a presentation to a customer in a few hours…

Update : half an hour later, it’s getting back to normal. Each time I reload the page, more attachments show up…
