Importing data that adds additional tags to existing column, does not override tags already there

I'm trying to add tags to records via bulk import (1,800+ records) and I do not want to override the tags that are in the column now, but add additional tags to that column. Is there a way to do this?

You can achieve this with Airtable's CSV Import extension
