Importing from Excell, error message 'conflicts with another change'

Uploaded Excell spreadsheet satisfactorily, but when press Upload, it says ’ An Error has Occurred, Sorry your request conflicted with another change’.
This occurred a couple of times with the first Sheet being imported but then it suddenly it worked ok, despite not changing anything.
Trying to import into another Sheet in the same Airtable Table it unfortunately just keeps on repeating the error message.
