Installing Custom Apps

I tried installing one of the apps from the Airtable Block Contest but ran into problems.
Here is the error page:

Are there any videos that shows what it should look like step by step installing?
Any suggestions as to why I get this error?

Did you do the step where you did either “block run” or “block release” in your terminal?
